The registration period for the Test Of Proficiency-Huayu (TOP) closes this Thursday October 9 2008. There is still time to register.
Targeted word lists for each of the four levels are now available.

Yesterday, I completed the Test of Proficiency for Beginners in downtown Taipei. There were about 100 students at Tamkang University’s testing centre.
The test ran for 80 minutes and was divided into two main parts, listening and reading.
